1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the DYNASTY website ("Platform"), available at dynasty.vandy.ro, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of services

DYNASTY is an educational community dedicated to trading in financial markets. We provide educational resources, market analysis, live sessions, video materials, mentoring and access to a private community. All materials are strictly educational and informational.

3. Financial disclaimer

DYNASTY does not provide financial, investment or tax advice. The content provided through the Platform is exclusively educational and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

Trading in financial markets involves a high level of risk and may result in partial or total loss of invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any financial decision made based on information from the Platform is solely the responsibility of the user.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription, processed through our partner Whop. By making a payment, the user agrees to the payment platform's terms, as well as the price and duration displayed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers and subscription structures at any time. Changes do not affect active subscriptions until the end of the paid period.

5. Refund policy

Given the digital nature and immediate access to content, payments made are non-refundable, except in cases required by applicable law. For refund requests, please contact us at the email address listed at the end of this document.

6. Intellectual property

All content published through DYNASTY — including, but not limited to, texts, videos, graphics, logos, strategies and courses — is the property of DYNASTY or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing, reselling or publicly broadcasting the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. User conduct

By using the Platform, the user agrees:

  • Not to share access credentials with third parties;
  • Not to copy, redistribute or publish content outside the Platform;
  • To maintain respectful behavior towards other members;
  • Not to use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

DYNASTY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including for financial losses resulting from trading decisions. The user assumes full responsibility for their own financial decisions.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
